Gym Force A.T.C. is dedicated to providing quality gymnastics instruction in an environment designed to promote your child's confidence, self-discipline and physical fitness in a positive way. The owners and staff believe that a child gains self-esteem through a series of confidence-building experiences. We foster a child's opportunity for success by offering a progressive teaching system that sets achievable goals.
Parent and Tot Class These classes are for children 24 months to 3 years. Parents are actively involved to help facilitate the child's participation. The instruction is focused on helping establish a child's learning process, which enhances overall achievement potential.
Preschool Class This class is for 3 year old children. To maximize task participation we have a 6:1 ratio of students-to-teacher. The class is a 30 minute experience, with age appropriate level skills and equipment. Class content is directed at perceptual awareness, motor development and coordination activities.
Kindergym Class This class is for children aged 4 and 5 years, with a 8:1 ratio of students-to- teacher. The 45 minute class focus' on small and large muscle coordination, ground and spatial awareness, and eye-hand coordination.
Level 1, 2 Classes These classes are divided into boy's and girls' classes, each 55 minutes in length and with an 9:1 students-to-teacher ratio. Emphasis is on teaching various gymnastics skills in a structured level system set forth by United States Gymnastics.
